The whole idea of Image Sound & Motion is to be behind the scenes, to be an extension of your company. Like your own creative services department that's always there, ready for your next request: enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and easy to work with.

Self-promotion feels contrary to this vision, and we've been pretty quiet over the years about our work. We're very fortunate to have had clients and friends speak up on our behalf bringing many opportunities to ISM. I take great pride in the long-standing relationships we've had with clients going back to our beginning or theirs.

Last year I had planned on doing a small pat on the back for our 10th year in business, but I never quite knew what to say or why to do it. We are now in our 11th, and I simply want to say thank you... ok, yeah, I also think it's pretty cool.

It's been amazing to watch the growth of our clients and be brought along for the ride on so many exciting and varied projects. Also, seeing assistants grow into executives, and co-workers and friends into business owners themselves has been truly rewarding.

As the years have passed, we've really found our place in supporting philanthropic foundations and initiatives. So much of it tied to causes that are relevant to me personally and important to the world, as well as connected to the entertainment industry, which I grew up around and have worked in most of my life. It feels good to play a small role in so many positive efforts.

The landscape has changed so much in these 2020s. Technology has grown rapidly in unexpected ways and access to tools that used to be reserved for professionals has impacted the creative agency business greatly. But I embrace this change. We will continue to learn, adapt, and make use of these breakthroughs in our workflow where appropriate. At heart, we are a creative services company and will always strive to give our clients one less thing to worry about.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. BTW, for those in the know, it's pronounced IZUM, not Eye Ess Em. I've heard it said there's no such thing as a good ISM but we do try our best.
